By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the dahak7 website located at dahak7.net, or by creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by dahak7, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Patterns of betting that suggest hedging, arbitrage, or risk-free wagering designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine risk are considered bonus abuse.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the player holds multiple dahak7 accounts
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, dahak7 will freeze the account balance for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes with no evidence of wrongdoing, the balance will be released and the player will be notified. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited.

• Losses arising from the unauthorised access to or use of your dahak7 account by a third party

dahak7's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dahak7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

dahak7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in industry best practice, product updates, or business requirements. dahak7 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to registered players via email notification to the address on record or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Continued use of the dahak7 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the dahak7 platform and request account closure.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a player and dahak7 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the player should first contact the dahak7 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. dahak7 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. The majority of disputes are resolved at this first stage within 48 hours.

Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the dahak7 support team within a reasonable timeframe, the player may escalate the matter in writing to the dahak7 complaints handling team. Details of the escalation process are available upon request from the support team. dahak7 will acknowledge escalated complaints within five business days and issue a final response within 28 days.

Game Outcome Disputes: Disputes relating to the outcome of any game on the dahak7 platform are subject to review of the game provider's server logs, which constitute the definitive record of game activity.
